ejero asked us to help them rebrand their e-commerce service and re-think the entire user experience. A social recommendation platform that digitises and tracks word of mouth, it turns prospects into customers, customers into champion customers and champion customers into brand evangelists. Users get rewarded for every purchase or recommendation that gets converted into a sale.

To help ejero revive their platform’s user experience, we prototyped every touch point from the user journey by going through the process of solving all identified pain points. What followed next was a heavy visual design phase, during which we created the design concepts and all implementation-ready creative assets for a native user experience across every platform and device.
